Welcome to A New Direction Transitional Housing! We are dedicated to helping individuals transitioning from homelessness to independent living. We understand that each individual is unique and we strive to provide the resources and support individuals need to make a successful transition and create a better future for themselves.

Q: What services do you provide?
A: We offer a variety of services designed to equip individuals with the skills and confidence necessary for successful reintegration into society. These services include access to housing, job training, education, and counseling.
Q: What is the admissions process like?
A: In order to be considered for admission, individuals must meet the following criteria: must be 18 years of age or older, must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, and must have a valid form of identification. Once your application has been approved, we will work with you to create a personalized plan for your transition.
