-Court-ordered Admissions

 

Our admissions process is designed to ensure that all individuals receive the necessary resources and support needed for a successful transition. In order to be considered for admission, individuals must meet the following criteria:

 

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless

- Preferably a valid form of identification (We assist in obtaining new ID)

 

Once your application has been approved, we will work with you to create a personalized plan for your transition. We will provide access to housing, job training, education, and counseling services that are tailored to your individual needs.
